就业趋势影响下高校编辑出版人才培养探讨

摘　　要：在数字化转型和出版单位改制的背景下,高校编辑出版专业毕业生的培养模式与招聘单位的需求存在专业、学历、实践等不匹配问题,如研究生比本科生更受欢迎,出版单位的招聘条件不要求是编辑出版专业毕业生,而是要求有本单位相关专业背景学历的毕业生,更倾向于招聘可以直接上岗的懂网络会经营的应用型复合人才等。从出版行业就业趋势反思以上问题,从优化编辑出版专业本科生课程设置、调整本科生和研究生招生比例、优化博士学位研究生培养方案、优化师资队伍,创新产学研实践等方面提出解决方法。高校通过教学模式的优化,可为社会培养出懂学术、擅写作、知管理、会经营、懂融媒体的应用型复合编辑出版人才。In the context of digital transformation and the restructuring of publishing units,there is a problem that the training mode of college editing and publishing graduates does not match the needs of publishing recruiting units in majors,academic qualifications,and practices,such as that graduate students are more than undergraduates,publishing units do not require graduates majoring in editing and publishing but with relevant professional backgrounds,publishing units tend to hire inter-disciplinary and practical talents who understand network operations and can directly work.From the perspective of the employment trend of the publishing industry,we propose solutions including optimizing the curriculum settings of editing and publishing majors,adjusting the proportion of undergraduate and postgraduate enrollment,optimizing the training program for doctoral graduate students,improving the teaching staff,and innovating the practice of production,education and research.Through those measures,colleges and universities can cultivate inter-disciplinary and application-oriented editing and publishing talents who are knowledgeable in academics,good at writing,versed in management,able to operate,and integrated with media.
