摘　　要：现阶段,绿色建筑工程项目在建筑行业得到了较为广泛的应用,人们对于绿色建筑工程项目质量的重视程度也不断提高。基于此,本文首先对绿色建筑工程项目的特点进行概述,分析绿色建筑工程项目监理工作中存在的问题,进而根据存在的问题提出绿色建筑工程监理控制的具体措施,希望对我国绿色建筑工程项目建设施工质量以及施工安全程度提供一定帮助。At present,green construction engineering projects have been widely used in the construction industry,and people’s attention to the quality of green construction engineering projects is also increasing.Based on this condition,this paper first summarizes the characteristics of green construction engineering projects,analyzes the problems existing in the supervision of green construction engineering projects,and then puts forward specific measures for the supervision and control of green construction engineering projects according to the existing problems,hoping to provide some help for the construction quality and construction safety of green construction engineering projects in China.
