摘  要:在宽温域(-30~150℃)油附三态水雾(高温(150℃)油附水雾、常温(20℃)油附水雾和低温(-30℃)油附水雾)介质环境下,通过使用聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)、涂层硬质合金(PVD TiAlN)以及氮化硅基陶瓷(Si_(3)N_(4))刀具对固溶时效处理后的镍基高温合金钢GH4169((50±1)HRC)进行车削试验,揭示了高温(150℃)油附水雾、常温(20℃)油附水雾和低温(-30℃)油附水雾的润滑方式,以及切削速度、切削深度和进给量对已加工表面质量的影响规律及其机理。研究结果表明,在22、69、111、176、251 m/min切削速度下,相对于其他2种冷却润滑条件,高温油附水雾冷却润滑条件下使用PCBN和氮化硅基陶瓷刀具车削时均可获得较低的表面粗糙度值;与PCBN和氮化硅基陶瓷刀具相比,涂层硬质合金刀具能获得更低的表面粗糙度值和良好的已加工表面微观形貌。The experimental investigations in turning of nickel-based high temperature alloy steel GH4169((50±1)HRC)after solution aging treatment with oils on three states of water mist at wide temperature range(High Temperature(150℃)Oil-on-Water(HTOoW)mist,Normal Temperature(20℃)Oil-on-Water(NTOoW)mist,and Low Temperature(-30℃)Oil-on-Water mist(LTOoW))as coolants and lubricants were conducted by utilizing Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride(PCBN),coated carbide(PVD TiAlN),and silicon nitride-based ceramic(Si_(3)N_(4))cutting tools.The influence laws of lubrication methods such as HTOoW mist(150℃),NTOoW mist(20℃),and LTOoW mist(-30℃),cutting parameters including cutting speed,depth of cut,and feed on the surface roughness and their mechanisms were investigated.The research results shows that the lower surface roughness can be obtained by utilizing the PCBN and silicon nitrid-based ceramic tools at the condition of HTOoW mist in cases of 22,69,111,176,and 251 m/min cutting speeds compared to the other two cooling and lubrication conditions.And compared with the PCBN and silicon nitride-based ceramic tools,the much lower surface roughness values and better machined surface micromorphology can be obtained by utilizing the coated carbide tool.
