摘  要:目的探讨桃红四物汤对大鼠早期失神经骨骼肌萎缩的作用及机制。方法切断右侧坐骨神经制备大鼠腓肠肌萎缩模型。于3、7、14 d时检测假手术组、模型组和桃红四物汤组腓肠肌湿重比;采用HE染色测定肌纤维横截面积及直径;试剂盒检测总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,总谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性。结果3、7、14 d时,模型组和桃红四物汤组肌湿重比低于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3、7、14 d时,桃红四物汤组肌湿重比高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3、7、14 d时,模型组和桃红四物汤组肌纤维横截面积及直径低于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3、7、14 d时,桃红四物汤组肌纤维横截面积及直径高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3、7、14 d时,模型组和桃红四物汤组T-AOC、总SOD、总GPx活性低于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3、7、14 d时,桃红四物汤组T-AOC、总SOD、总GPx活性高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤可延缓早期大鼠失神经骨骼肌萎缩,与提升抗氧化应激水平有关。Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction on early denervated skeletal muscle atrophy in rats.Methods The rat model of gastrocnemius atrophy was established by cutting the right sciatic nerve.The wet weight ratio of gastrocnemius muscle in sham operation group,model group and Taohong Siwu Decoction group was detected on the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the cross-sectional area and diameter of muscle fibers were measured by HE staining.The kits were used to detect total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),total superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and total glutathione peroxidase(GPx)activity.Results On the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the muscle wet weight ratio of the model group and the Taohong Siwu Decoction group was lower than that of the sham operation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the muscle wet weight ratio of Taohong Siwu Decoction group was higher than that of the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the cross-sectional area and diameter of muscle fibers in the model group and Taohong Siwu Decoction group were lower than those in the sham operation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the cross-sectional area and diameter of muscle fibers in Taohong Siwu Decoction group were higher than those in the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the activities of T-AOC,total SOD and total GPX in the model group and Taohong Siwu Decoction group were lower than those in the sham operation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 14th day,the activities of T-AOC,total SOD and total GPx in Taohong Siwu Decoction group were higher than those in the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction can delay early denervated skeletal muscle atrophy in rats,which is related to enhancing
