摘　　要：目的探讨针刺结合骨质疏松治疗仪在老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年2月安顺市人民医院收治的60例老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者采用基础治疗+阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,观察组患者采用针刺联合骨质疏松治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量及骨密度水平。结果两组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于本组治疗前,观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的生活质量评分高于本组治疗前,观察组患者治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的骨密度水平高于本组治疗前,观察组患者治疗后的骨密度水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合骨质疏松治疗仪应用于老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者治疗中,可降低患者的VAS评分,提高生活质量,改善骨密度水平。Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture admitted to Anshun People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by the random ball touching method.Patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment+Alenophosphate Sodium Tablets,while patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,quality of life and bone density were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher after treatment than those before treatment,and quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone mineral density levels of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the bone mineral density level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of elderly patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture can reduce VAS score,improve quality of life,and improve bone mineral density.
