摘　　要：目的探讨产科病房中应用一次性皮试标注贴对皮试操作后行为的精准化管理的效果。方法选择2020年10月至2021年5月无锡市妇幼保健院产科收治的需药物皮试的200例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,各100例,对照组使用常规皮试操作流程,观察组在常规皮试操作流程中另外使用皮试标注贴。调查病区护士对2种皮试测定和判读中的工作满意度。记录差错包含皮试时间、漏记护理记录、忘记签名、未登记皮试结果等。结果观察组皮试结果判断时间及结果记录差错的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮试操作过程满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮试标注贴细化了皮试操作流程,对皮试操作后的行为进行了精准化管理,减少因护患人为因素而导致的护理缺陷的发生,提高护理质量及护患满意度。Objective To explore the effect of disposable skin test label on the accurate management of behavior after skin test in obstetric ward.Methods A total of 200 patients who needed drug skin test in the Department of Obstetrics of Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to May 2021 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100)according to random number table method.Routine skin test procedure was used in the control group,and the observation group used skin test label in the routine skin test operation procedure.To investigate the job satisfaction of nurses in the ward on the determination and interpretation of two skin test methods.Recording errors include time of skin test,omission of nursing records,forgetting to sign,unregistered skin test results,etc.Results The incidence of judgment time of skin test results and recording errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of skin test operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Skin test labeling can refine the operation process of skin test,accurately manage the behavior after skin test,reduce the occurrence of nursing defects caused by human factors,and improve nursing quality and nurse-patient satisfaction.
