基于纽曼健康系统模式护理在慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析纽曼健康系统模式护理在慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁患者中的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月中一东北国际医院收治的120例慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参考组(60例)和纽曼护理组(60例)。参考组采用常规护理,纽曼护理组采用纽曼健康系统模式护理。比较两组患者的慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、国际勃起功能问卷-5评分(IIEF-5)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分、自护能力测定量表(ESCA)评分、患者满意率。结果两组患者干预后的NIH-CPSI评分、SDS评分、MCMQ回避维度及屈服维度评分低于本组干预前,且纽曼护理组干预后的NIH-CPSI评分、SDS评分、MCMQ回避维度及屈服维度评分均低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后的IIEF-5评分、ESCA评分及MCMQ问卷面对维度评分高于本组干预前,且纽曼护理组干预后的IIEF-5评分、ESCA评分及MCMQ问卷面对维度评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纽曼护理组的患者总满意率高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁护理过程中,基于纽曼健康系统模式护理有助于缓解患者慢性前列腺炎症状及相关性功能症状,可帮助减轻其抑郁症状,改善其疾病应对行为方式和自我护理管理能力,同时可促进患者满意度提升。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Newman health system model nursing in patients with chronic prostatitis and depression.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic prostatitis and depression admitted to General Hospital of Northeast International Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the reference group(60 cases)and the Newman nursing group(60 cases)by random number table method.The reference group was treated with routine care,while the Newman nursing group was treated with the Newman health system model.The NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),the international index of erectile function questionnaire-5(IIEF-5),the self-rating depression scale(SDS),the medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),the exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)and the patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The NIH-CPSI score,SDS score,MCMQ avoidance dimension and yield dimension scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the NIH-CPSI score,SDS score,MCMQ avoidance dimension and yield dimension scores of the Newman nursing group after intervention were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 score,ESCA score and MCMQ questionnaire face dimension score of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the IIEF-5 score,ESCA score and MCMQ questionnaire face dimension score of the Newman nursing group after intervention were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the Newman nursing group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of chronic prostatitis with depression,nursing based on Newman health system model can help alleviate the symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis and related functio
