摘 要:根据飞机、雷达等电子电气设备在电磁环境复杂的场合下往往需要进行信号的隔离传输要求,设计了一种以LM331、HCNR201芯片为核心的频率/电压信号的隔离传输电路,并给出了电路参数设计方法.电路实验结果验证了理论分析与设计的正确性.该电路具有线性度好、结构简单、成本低、抗干扰性强的优点,具有一定的工程应用价值.According to the requirements that aircraft, radar and other electronic and electrical equipment in complex electromagnetic environment often need to carry out signal isolation transmission, this paper designs an isolated transmission circuit of frequency/voltage signal with LM331 chip and HCNR201 chip as the core, and presents the design method of circuit parameters as well. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the design. This circuit has the advantages of good linearity, simple structure, low cost, and strong anti-interference and also has certain engineering application value.
