摘　　要：海洋牧场作为一种海洋经济新业态,投资大,技术含量高,极具发展潜力,已成为我国应对近海生态环境恶化和渔业资源衰退的有效手段,也是实现海洋生态文明和海洋强国战略的重要途径。本文分析了浙江省海洋牧场发展现状,指出当前该省在海洋牧场建设管理中存在的主要问题及其成因,并从理念更新、产业融合和科技创新等角度提出若干对策建议,可为有关部门提供参考借鉴。Marine ranching,as a new form of marine economy,with large investment,high technological content and great development potential,has become an effective means to restore the deterioration of coastal ecological environment and the decline of fishery resources in China,and also an important way to realize the strategy of marine ecological civilization and maritime power.This paper analyzed the development status of marine ranching in Zhejiang Province,pointed out the main problems and their causes in the current construction and management of marine ranching in the province,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of updating concepts,industrial integration as well as scientific and technological innovation,which could provide reference for relevant departments.
