摘 要:通过建立与调速器现场液压系统运行一致的数学模型,采用目前成熟的PLC智能控制系统进行核心编程,控制系统采用PROFIBUS总线连接,仿真水轮机调速器液压系统的运行情况,使液压控制系统在缺少油泵控制柜、油泵电机、压油罐、回油箱及管路等设备情况下进行液压控制系统逻辑、功能、故障调试,缩短现场液压系统调试周期,减少调试带来的故障风险,为液压控制系统的开发和研究提供理论数据和试验依据。A mathematical model consistent with the practical operation of the on-site hydraulic system of hydro-turbine governor is established to simulate its operation state,in which the currently mature PLC intelligent control system is adopted for core programming and the control system is connected by PROFIBUS bus.Therefore,the logic,functions and fault debugging of the hydraulic control system can be carried out without the oil pump control cabinet,oil pump motor,pressure oil tank,return oil tank and pipelines.It can shorten the commissioning time and the commissioning induced failure risks of the on-site hydraulic system,and provide theoretical data and experiment basis for the development and research of the hydraulic control system.
