摘　　要：通过西北地区大型并网光伏电站建设工程实践,总结场内道路、支架基础、箱变基础、逆变室等土建工程和支架安装、组件安装、汇流箱安装、箱变安装、逆变器安装及调试施工工艺和技术管理经验,分析了大型并网光伏电站的建设难点和质量控制要点,为西北地区后续大型集中式并网光伏电站的工程建设、施工工艺及工程建设管理积累了成功的经验。Based on the construction practice of large-scale grid-connected photovoltaic power station projects in northwest China,the construction technologies and technical management experience are summarized,including the civil engineering construction work of the on-site roads,bracket foundation,box-type transformer foundation,and inverter room,and the installation and commissioning work of the brackets,photovoltaic components,combiner boxes,box-type transformers,and inverters.The key construction difficulties and quality control points of the large-scale grid-connected photovoltaic power station projects are analyzed.It accumulates useful experience for the engineering development,construction technologies and construction management of the follow-up large-scale centralized grid-connected photovoltaic power station projects in northwest region.
