水布垭电厂3号机组扩修改造后的检修处理

摘　　要：水布垭电厂3号机组扩修改造投入运行后,在常规检修过程中又发现一系列的新问题,部分推力瓦温度高、定子铁芯拉紧螺杆松动、下导轴承导瓦拉伤严重等。针对出现的问题进行原因分析,制定了扩修改造中应严格按照要求精心实施、一丝不苟地完成各项预定方案,为电厂其他机组后续扩修改造探索了途径。After the extended overhaul and a period of operation of the No.3 unit in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant,a series of new problems are observed in the routine maintenance process,such as high temperature of some thrust pads,looseness of the stator core tightening screws,and serious strains of the lower guide bearing pads.Causes of the problems are analyzed and solutions are proposed.It also shows that all predetermined schemes of the extended overhaul should be carefully implemented and meticulously completely in strict accordance with the requirements.The experience provides useful reference for the subsequent overhaul of other units in the power plant.
