燃气表检定气路系统泄漏率的不确定度评定

摘　　要：给出临界流文丘里喷嘴式燃气表检定装置检定气路系统组成,提出在燃气表示值相对误差试验中,检定气路系统泄漏率不确定度最大允许值的确定方法。基于检定气路系统泄漏率测量过程建立测量模型,通过对泄漏率的不确定度进行B类评定,分析泄漏率测量过程中引入的不确定度分量,对其进行评定合成。给出泄漏率的不确定度评定算例及检定装置的密封性检测建议。The composition of the verification gas path system of the critical flow Venturi nozzle type gas meter verification device is given.A method for determining the maximum allowable value of the uncertainty of the leakage rate of the verification gas path system in the test of the relative error of the gas indication value is proposed.The measurement model is established based on the leakage rate measurement process of the verification gas path system,the uncertainty components introduced in the leakage rate measurement process are analyzed through Class B evaluation of the uncertainty of the leakage rate,and the components are evaluated and synthesized.An example of uncertainty evaluation of leakage rate and suggestions for sealing test of verification device are given.
