摘 要:自加速异重流虽在理论上早已被证明存在,但是现实中受观测条件限制,仅在个别大河入海口被观测到。设置了一个水沙异重流试验水槽,在不同工况下分别塑造了减速异重流和自加速异重流过程,试验结果验证了自加速异重流发生的理论临界条件,系统描述了异重流自加速与减速的演进过程。Although self-accelerating turbidity current has been demonstrated in theory, it is only occasionally observed at the estuary of some large rivers due to the difficulty in obtaining field currents data. This paper set up a water and sediment density current experimental flume, where the decelerating currents and self-accelerating currents had been achieved under different conditions. Based on this experimental results, adjoined water and sediment characteristics have revealed at current head evolution, thereafter, the experimental results verify the theoretical critical conditions for the occurrence of self-accelerating turbidity current.
