摘 要:针对现阶段闸门安全评价及结构设计过程中存在的问题,采用空间体系法对其进行分析,并给出具体可行且普适可重复的分析过程。以具体工程闸门为例进行研究,结果表明:空间体系法可作为长服役期及改变运行方式闸门结构安全评价的一种切实有效的方法,可快速准确计算出闸门结构的质量,误差仅为2.3%,可迅速准确得到任意开度下闸门重心位置。启门力对闸门整体结构的等效应力和位移影响较大,等效应力增加9.09%、位移增加8.24%;顶梁结构的等效应力增加55.6%、位移增加18.24%。配重块对平面闸门主横梁结构影响较大,等效应力增大了140.0%,位移增大了546.59%。Spatial system method was used to analyze the issues existing in the process of gate safety evaluation and structural design,and a specific,feasible and universally repeatable analysis process was given.The study was carried out by taking specific engineering gate as an example.The results show that spatial system method can be used as a practical and effective method for the safety evaluation of the gate structure for a long service period or changing operating modes.The weight of the gate structure can be quickly and accurately determined,and the error is only 2.3%.The position of the center of gravity of the gate at any opening can be quickly and accurately obtained.The opening force has a greater influence to the equivalent stress and displacement of the overall structure of gate.The equivalent stress is increased by 9.09%and the displacement increased by 8.24%.The equivalent stress of the top beam structure is increased by 55.6%and the displacement increased by 18.24%.The counterweight has a greater influence to the main beam structure of plane gate,the equivalent stress has been increased by 140.0%and the displacement increased by 546.59%.
