摘 要:针对内燃机活塞轻量化设计问题,提出一种基于可靠性拓扑优化的活塞点阵结构设计方法,分解为可靠性分析和确定性拓扑优化两部分分别进行求解。考虑以最小化质量为目标函数、最大应力为约束条件,建立活塞点阵结构可靠性拓扑优化数学模型。根据一次二阶矩方法将失效概率约束转变为可靠性指标约束,进而将随机变量转化为标准正态变量,根据随机变量相对于性能指标的敏度信息,进行随机变量修正并进行确定性拓扑优化设计。最后,以某型发动机活塞为例,进行确定性点阵设计与可靠性点阵设计对比研究。结果表明,相较于确定性设计,可靠性活塞点阵模型在考虑随机变量的影响下,性能更加可靠;且其质量相较于原活塞模型降低11.8%,满足活塞轻量化的设计需求。A piston lattice structure design method based on reliability topology optimization is proposed for the lightweight design of internal combustion engine pistons, which is decomposed into two parts of reliability analysis and deterministic topology optimization to be solved separately. A mathematical model for the reliability topology optimization of the piston lattice structure was established considering the minimized mass as the objective function and the maximum stress as the constraint. The failure probability constraint was transformed into a reliability index constraint according to the first second-order moment method, and then the random variables were transformed into standard normal variables, and the random variables were corrected and designed for deterministic topology optimization according to the sensitivity information of the random variables relative to the performance index. Finally, a comparative study of deterministic lattice design and reliable lattice design was conducted with a certain type of engine piston as an example. The results show that compared with the deterministic design, the reliability piston lattice model has more reliable performance when considering the influence of random variables. And the mass of lattice model is reduced by 11.8% compared with the original piston model, which meets the design requirement of piston lightweighting.
