摘 要:将直线共轭齿廓与少齿差行星齿轮传动相结合,以直线共轭少齿差行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,通过有限元模态分析获得了减速器的结构固有频率与振型,表明减速器具有良好的结构动态特性;通过振动特性仿真分析获得该减速器在典型工况下的振动规律,并进行振动测试实验,振动实验结果与仿真结果吻合。振动特性研究结果表明,输入转速对直线共轭少齿差行星齿轮减速器的振动幅值与频率有明显影响。Combining the linear conjugate tooth profile with the planetary gear transmission with small tooth difference, taking the linear conjugate small tooth difference planetary gear reducer as the research object, the structure natural frequency and vibration mode of the reducer are obtained through finite element modal analysis, which shows the reducer has good structural dynamic characteristics;through the simulation analysis of vibration characteristics, the vibration law of the reducer under typical working conditions is obtained, and the vibration test experiment is carried out. The vibration experiment results are consistent with the simulation results. The vibration characteristics research results show that the input speed has a significant impact on the vibration amplitude and frequency of the linear conjugate small tooth difference planetary gear reducer.
