摘  要:针对国家标准无法准确计算变压力角滚刀加工圆柱斜齿轮的齿根弯曲应力问题,提出一种考虑变压力角滚刀加工的齿轮弯曲应力计算修正算法。引入一假想滚刀与当量直齿轮啮合,基于共轭啮合条件建立齿根过渡曲线方程,并根据Euler-Savary公式给出齿根任意点曲率半径计算方法;结合GB/T 3480—1997计算基于变压力角滚刀加工齿轮的齿形系数与应力修正系数,得到齿根弯曲应力修正值。而后,借助Kisssoft/Romax解析解、有限元数值解,验证齿根弯曲应力修正算法的合理性。研究结果表明,齿根弯曲应力修正算法可准确计算基于变压力角滚刀加工齿轮的齿根弯曲应力;齿根弯曲应力修正算法可弥补采用GB/T 3480—1997无法计算变压力角滚刀加工圆柱斜齿轮的齿根弯曲应力的缺陷,实现齿轮强度设计和实际加工的无缝对接,解决计算模型和实物不一致的问题。In order to solve the problem that the national standard cannot accurately calculate the bending stress of cylindrical helical gear with variable pressure Angle hob, a modified algorithm for calculating the bending stress of gear with variable pressure angle hob was proposed. An imaginary hob is introduced to meshing an equivalent spur gear, the equation of gear root transition curve is established based on conjugate meshing conditions, and the calculation method of curvature radius of any point of tooth root was given according to Euler-Savary formula. Combined with GB/T 3480—1997, the tooth profile coefficient and stress correction coefficient of gear processed with variable pressure Angle hob were calculated, and the bending stress correction value of tooth root was obtained. Then, Kisssoft/Romax analytical solution, finite element numerical solution values were used to verify the rationality of the tooth root bending stress correction algorithm. The results show that the tooth root bending stress correction algorithm can accurately calculate the tooth root bending stress based on variable pressure Angle hob machining gear;the tooth root bending stress correction algorithm can make up for the defect that using GB/T 3480—1997 cannot calculate the tooth root bending stress of cylindrical helical gear processed by variable pressure Angle hob, so as to realize the seamless connection between gear strength design and actual processing and solve the problem of inconsistency between the calculation model and the real object.
