摘　　要：俄乌冲突加剧了新一轮全球产业链供应链断裂风险,给本就受到“逆全球化”和新冠疫情相互叠加等因素影响的全球产业链供应链增加了新的不确定性。经对江苏与相关省市产业链供应链的应对抵抗、适应恢复、自主可控和领先竞争能力的发展现状与特征比较分析可以发现,江苏产业链供应链具有较强应对风险的能力,但产业链价值链和创新链总体处于中低端。为此,必须加快重塑产业链供应链的布局逻辑、布局方式和布局路径,积极寻求区域产业链供应链战略利益契合点,加快产业链供应链数字化、绿色化转型,增强产业链供应链的治理能力。The Russia-Ukraine conflict has intensified the risk of a new round of global industrial and supply chains disruption, adding uncertainty to global industrial and chains that are already affected by the “anti-globalization” and the superposition of COVID-19. According to the comparative analysis of the development status and characteristics of the provincial industrial and supply chain of Jiangsu, resilience, autonomy and recovery, control and leading competitiveness, the industrial chain and supply chain have the ability to respond to and resist risks, but the industrial, value and innovation chain are generally in the middle and low end. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the reshaping of the layout logic, layout mode and layout path of the industrial and supply chain, actively seek the strategic interests of the regional industrial chain and supply chain, accelerate the digitalization and green transformation of the industrial chain and supply chain, and enhance the governance capacity of the industrial and supply chain.
