选择性产业政策对企业绿色技术创新的影响——基于政治关联与企业竞争地位的调节效应

摘　　要：实现“双碳”目标离不开企业绿色技术创新,绿色技术创新是由政府引导、企业决策的重要部署,选择性产业政策在其中发挥着关键作用。选取我国2008-2018年制造业A股上市公司为样本,对选择性产业政策与制造业企业绿色技术创新的关系进行了理论探索与实证研究,并探讨了政治关联与企业竞争地位在上述影响中的调节作用。研究表明,选择性产业政策能够显著提升被支持制造业企业的绿色技术创新能力,而政治关联与企业高竞争地位均强化了二者之间的正向关系。研究结论为我国政府如何实施选择性产业政策以促进绿色创新提供了指导,对制造业企业提升绿色技术创新能力、推动自身健康可持续发展具有启示意义。Achieving the goal of "double carbon" is inseparable from the green technology innovation of enterprises, which is an important deployment guided by the government and decision-making of enterprises, and selective industrial policies play a key role in it. Taking China′s 2008—2018 manufacturing A-share listed companies as a sample, the relationship between selective industrial policy and green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises is theoretically explored and empirically studied, and the regulatory role of political affiliation and enterprise competitive position in the above influences is discussed. Studies have shown that selective industrial policies can significantly enhance the green technology innovation capabilities of supported manufacturing enterprises, while political ties and the high competitive position of enterprises strengthen the positive relationship between the two. The research conclusions provide guidance for the Chinese government on how to implement selective industrial policies to promote green innovation, which is of enlightening significance for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their ability to innovate in green technology and promote their own healthy and sustainable development.
