应用型高等教育的最佳创新模式——双元制高等教育

摘　　要：学界有些观点认为双元制高等教育在学术上的要求不高,只是作为次等高等教育纳入职业学院的人才培养范畴,这种观点值得商榷。实施双元制下的高等教育离不开各个学习场所的有效结合,这是一项要求极高且复杂的工作。因此,如果正确理解并实施得当,双元制高等教育无疑是应用型高等教育中一种最极致的模式,而德国双元制高等教育的当前发展状况可以佐证。Occasionally,the view is held that dual work-study programs were scientifically not very demanding.As a second-class type of higher education,cooperative higher education should be better placed at vocational academies.This view,which can be considered outdated,must be contradicted with particular emphasis.Rather,cooperative higher education,when properly understood and adequately implemented,appears as a supreme and innovative mechanism of applied higher education.However,a successful dual work-study program requires an effective integration of academic studies and workplace training,which is an enormously demanding and complex undertaking.This article presents current development of cooperative higher education in Germany.
