摘  要:电控系统作为新能源汽车的核心控制部件,其系统结构较为复杂,当汽车电子系统发生故障时,对故障的判断较为困难.为了提高故障的诊断效率,该文设计了一种基于Android的汽车智能诊断装置,该系统采用CAN总线对汽车OBD接口采集数据,构建LTE 4G网及开发手机APP实现数据远程传输和实时查看.系统测试表明:汽车模拟器里的故障码、车速等信息能准确快速地在手机APP上查阅,方便用户及时了解汽车状态,当出现故障时能进一步提高维修效率.The electronic control system of new energy vehicles is becoming more and more complex.When the electronic system of the vehicle fails,the judgment of the fault becomes more and more difficult.In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis,this paper designed an Android-based intelligent diagnosis device for automobiles.The system used CAN bus to collect data from the automobile OBD interface,built an LTE 4G network and develops a mobile phone APP for remote data transmission and realtime viewing.System testing shows that information such as fault codes and vehicle speed in the car simulator can be checked accurately and quickly on the mobile phone APP,which is convenient for users to know the car status in time,and can further improve maintenance efficiency when a failure occurs.
