延安时期中国共产党廉洁形象的建构及其启示

摘　　要：坚定不移推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,建构和维护自身廉洁形象是中国共产党执政的一贯作风和鲜明特点。新时代,建设长期执政的马克思主义政党,推进全面从严治党和党的建设新的伟大工程,都对党的廉洁形象建构提出新的目标和要求。延安时期,中国共产党通过惩腐促廉、制度保廉、媒体述廉、领袖示廉、教育导廉等路径,建构起自身廉洁形象。这为新时代深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,建设廉洁型政党,建构党的廉洁形象提供了深刻启示:建构党的廉洁形象必须始终坚持以人民为中心的价值导向,适应媒体宣传和网络传播新格局,全面优化党的廉洁形象建构的制度机制,系统谋划新时代干部廉政教育的科学策略。The Communist Party of China’s unswerving commitment to constructing a clean government,combating corruption,and building its own image of integrity is its consistent style and distinctive features in governing.The effective anticorruption struggle and the accelerated evolution of the media landscape are intertwined and superimposed in the new era,presenting new challenges and opportunities to restore the Party’s clean image.In order to respond effectively,new wisdom and solutions are needed urgently.During the Yan’an period,the Communist Party of China firmly built the Party’s integrity image through effective paths such as punishing corrupt officials to promote integrity,maintaining integrity through institutions,reporting integrity in the media,demonstrating integrity by leaders,and guiding integrity through education.This provides profound contemporary enlightenment for building a clean political party,fighting corruption in the new era,and constructing the image of the Party.Constructing the Party’s clean image requires adhering to a people-centered perspective,adapting to the new pattern of media propaganda and network communication,comprehensively optimizing the institutional mechanisms for reshaping the Party’s integrity image,and systematically planning scientific strategies for cadre integrity education in the new era.
