基于数字足迹的西藏自助游语义网络研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着人们需求的转变及各项基础设施的完善,居民出游方式逐渐由传统的跟团游向自助游转变。西藏每年都会接待大量的自助游游客,但有关自助游的研究比较缺乏。本文以西藏自助游行为研究对象,利用大数据软件在携程网上获取2013~2020年旅藏自助游游客的旅行笔记内容,并运用ROSTCM6.0软件进行文本分析。本文在总结出旅藏自助游游客的时间与空间活动特征的基础上,针对网络游记的自助游旅游行为特征语义网络进行分析,深入探究发现:西藏自助游存在自助游基础设施薄弱、信息系统不健全、市场监管力度不大等问题。基于此,本文提出建立自驾游信息系统服务平台、完善自助游保障体系、政府加大监督、规范旅游市场等对策建议。In recent years,with the change of people’s needs and the improvement of various infrastructure,residents’travel mode has gradually changed from traditional group travel to self-help travel.Tibet receives a large number of self-help tourists every year,but there is a lack of research on self-help tourism.This paper takes Tibet self-help travel behavior as the research object,uses big data software to obtain the travel notes of self-help tourists in Tibet from 2013 to2020 on trip,and uses rostcm6.0 software for text analysis.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of time and space activities of self-help tourists in Tibet,this paper analyzes the semantic network of self-help tourism behavior characteristics of online travel notes,and makes an in-depth exploration and discovery:such as weak self-service tourism infrastructure,imperfect information system and weak market supervision.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing self driving travel information system service platform,improving self-help travel security system,increasing government supervision,standardizing tourism market and so on.
