老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折PVP术后采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：分析老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折PVP(经皮椎体成形术)术后采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效分析。方法:本文纳入86例观察对象为我院2019年1月-2021年1月通过PVP手术治疗后的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,采用红绿彩双色球法进行分组,分为对照组(n=43,常规西医治疗,)与观察组(n=43,中西医结合治疗)。对比分析2组的治疗效果、疼痛程度、骨密度水平、腰椎Cobb角、矢状面指数、椎体前缘高度以及胸腰椎功能康复效果。结果:在VAS评分、以及骨密度水平上,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗效果总有效率要高于对照组,其组间差异明显(P<0.05);2组患者实施治疗干预前的腰椎Cobb角、矢状面指数以及椎体前缘高度无明显差异(P>0.05),实施治疗后3个月,观察组患者的腰椎Cobb角小于对照组,矢状面指数则要低于对照组,而椎体前缘高度要高于对照组,2组之间差异显著(P<0.05);2组患者实施治疗干预前的各项功能障碍指数差异不大(P>0.05),实施治疗后3个月,观察组患者的各项功能障碍指数评分均要低于对照组,其组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗用于老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折PVP术后的效果良好,有利于减轻患者的疼痛感,减少卧床并发症,改善患者的骨密度水平,更好地恢复患者的胸腰椎功能,临床可进一步推广运用。To analyze the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment after PVP(percutaneous vertebroplasty)for elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbal compression fracture.Methods:in this pa-per,the object into a total of 86 cases of observation,is between January 2019 and January 2021 in our hospital by PVP after surgical treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures,grouped by col-or red,green,the double chromosphere method,divided into control group(conventional western medicine treat-ment,n=43)and observation group(n=43,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment).The pain degree,bone mineral density and thoracolumbar functional rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:In TERMS of VAS score,BONE mineral density and ODI score,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment for eld-erly osteoporosis thoracolumbar compression fracture after PVP has a good effect,is beneficial to relieve the pain of patients,reduce bed complications,improve the level of bone mineral density of patients,better recovery of thoraco-lumbar function of patients,clinical can be further promoted and applied.
