穴位拍打结合圆枕应用在辅助老年患者下肢关节置换术后行直腿抬高锻炼中的应用

摘　　要：探讨穴位拍打结合圆枕应用在辅助老年患者下肢关节置换术后行直腿抬高锻炼中的应用。方法:选择我院2019年1月1日-2020年4月1日行下肢髋、膝关节置换术后未能行主动直腿抬高运动老年患者120例,并随机均分为对照组(A组)、穴位拍打组(B组)、圆枕组(C组)、穴位拍打结合圆枕组(D组),在术后第2天观察4组患者行直腿抬高锻炼的效果。结果:对照组(A组)总有效率为36.7%;穴位拍打组(B组)总有效率为73.2%;圆枕组(C组)总有效率为79.8%;穴位拍打结合圆枕组(D组)总有效率为93.3%。结论:穴位拍打结合圆枕应用辅助老年患者下肢关节置换术后行直腿抬高锻炼效果明显。To explore the application of acupoint pat combined with round pillow in assisting the straight leg raising exercise in elderly patients after lower limb joint replacement. Methods:A total of 120 elderly pa-tients who failed to receive active straight leg elevation exercise after lower limb hip and knee replacement from Janu-ary 1, 2019 to April 1, 2020 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group (group A), acupoint pat group ( group B) , round pillow group ( group C) , and acupoint pat combined with round pillow group ( group D) . The effect of straight leg raising exercise was observed on the second day after operation. Results:The total effective rate of routine group (group A) was 36. 7%;The total effective rate of acupoint pat group (group B) was 73. 2%. The total effective rate of the round pillow group (group C) was 79. 8%, and the total effective rate of the acupoint pat combined with round pillow group (group D) was 93. 3%. Conclusion:Acupoint flapping combined with round pillow is effective in straight leg raising exercise after lower limb joint replacement in elderly patients.
