棒状纳米氧化锌制备工艺优化及脱硫机理研究

摘  要:ZnO脱硫剂有着优良的脱硫性能,在H2S脱除的过程中得到广泛应用。本文采用均匀沉淀法,研究了不同反应温度、反应时间对纳米ZnO制备的影响,得到棒状纳米ZnO制备的最佳工艺:在温度为60℃下反应6h,可以制得成分纯净、形貌为棒状且分布均匀的纳米ZnO。以制得的ZnO为脱硫剂,探讨脱硫时间对脱硫剂和脱硫产物的影响,得到ZnO的脱硫机理。Zinc oxide desulfurizer used in desulfurization of the hydrogen sulfide has excellent desulfurization performance.In this paper,homogeneous precipitation method was used to investigate the effects of different reaction temperatures and reaction time on the preparation of nano-zinc oxide.The optimum preparation process of rodshaped nano-zinc oxide and the nano-zinc oxide sample with pure composition,rod-shaped and uniform were obtained at the temperature of 60℃for 6h.The prepared zinc oxide samples were used as desulfurizer to research the influences of desulfurizing time on the desulfurizer and desulphurization products,the influence mechanism was obtained.
