摘  要:以硅藻土为载体,AgNO_(3)溶液为前驱体溶液,银氨溶液为反应溶液,采用二步法制备了载银硅藻土。讨论了制备载银硅藻土时影响硅藻土载银量的因素,结果表明,当紫外辐射20min,银氨溶液浓度为0.3mol·L^(-1),反应温度45℃,反应时间60min时适合制备载银硅藻土。用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)对载银硅藻土结构进行了表征。XRD谱图表明,纳米银已经很好的负载到了硅藻土表面和微孔中,且这种纳米银为面心立方结构。能谱分析表明,产物载银量高达12.39%。还研究了对载银硅藻土的抗菌效果,结果表明,载银硅藻土对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制效果,抑菌圈的宽度分别为16mm和11mm,最小抑菌浓度稳定在250μg·mL^(-1)。Silver-carrying diatomite was prepared by two-step method using inorganic porous material diatomite as carrier,silver nitrate solution as precursor solution,and silver ammonia solution as reaction solution.Through orthogonal experiments,the factors affecting the silver carrying capacity of diatomite in the preparation of silver-carrying diatomite are analyzed.The results show that when the ultraviolet lamp radiates for 20 minutes,the concentration of silver ammonia solution is 0.3mol·L^(-1),the reaction temperature is 45℃,and the reaction time is 60min,it is suitable for the preparation of silver-carrying diatomite.The structure of silver-carrying diatomite was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The XRD spectrum shows that nanosilver has been well loaded into the surface and micropores of diatomite,and this nanosilver is the face-centered cubic structure.Energy spectrum analysis shows that the silver content of the product is as high as 12.39%.The antibacterial effect of silver-bearing diatomite was studied.The results showed that silver-bearing diatomite has a good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The width of the antibacterial ring is 16mm and 11mm respectively,and the minimum antibacterial concentration is stable at 250μg·mL^(-1).
