摘 要:游离态铁能较好的反映土壤的成土过程,可用作其风化水平的评价。因此,准确高效测定土壤中游离态铁的含量是非常有必要的。本文研究了DCB溶液浸提,电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)法测定土壤中游离态铁的含量,并与分光光度法结果进行比对。结果表明,ICP-OES法的方法检出限为0.09g·kg^(-1),低、中、高3种不同土壤游离态铁含量的相对标准偏差分别为1.2%、0.8%、0.5%,回收率分别为101.8%、98.9%、100.7%。与分光光度法相比,ICP-OES法线性范围更宽、检出限更低、精密度更好、抗干扰能力更强,可用于土壤中游离态铁的检测。Free iron can reflect the process of soil formation and can be used to evaluate the weathering level of soil.Therefore,accurate and efficient determination of free iron content in soil is very necessary.Determination of free iron content in soil by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)with DCB extraction was studied,and the measurement results were compared with spectrophotometry methods.The results showed that the detection limit of ICP-OES method was 0.09g·kg^(-1),the relative standard deviations of free iron content in low,medium and high soils were 1.2%,0.8%and 0.5%,respectively,and the recovery rates were 101.8%,98.9%and 100.7%,respectively.Compared with spectrophotometry,ICP-OES method has wider linear range,lower detection limit,better precision and stronger anti-interference ability,which can be used for the detection of free iron in soil.
