摘  要:针对消防管道用水性防腐涂料环境耐性差的问题,提出一种沥青防腐涂料的制备,并对涂层的性能进行试验验证。试验表明,沥青防腐涂料最优配方:成膜体系为环氧乳液6520+固化剂8538系,体质填料为滑石粉,防锈颜料为6质量份的Fe_(2)O_(3)和4质量份的Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2),颜填料质量分数为30%,漆膜厚度为180μm。在上述最优配方条件下制备的沥青防腐涂料能有效阻止腐蚀介质对消防管道基质的腐蚀,表现出较好的防腐性能。Aiming at the problem of poor environmental resistance of water-based anti-corrosion coatings for fire pipelines,the preparation of an asphalt anti-corrosion coating is proposed,and its performance is studied.The concrete conclusions are as follows:the optimum formulation of asphalt anticorrosive coating is:the film forming system is:epoxy emulsion 6520+curing agent 8538 systems,body filler is talc powder,rust proof pigment is 6 iron oxide red with mass fraction and 4 mass fraction of zinc phosphate,and pigment filler volume concentration is 30%,180μm film thickness.Under the above optimal formulation conclitions,the prepared anti-corrosion coating can effectively organize the corrosion of corrosive medium to the matrix of fire pipeline and show good anti-corrosion performance.
