摘 要:在现代工业防腐技术中,空气喷涂具有作业效率高、涂层质量好、节约涂料及环保性好等显著优势。喷涂特殊形面工件时会出现喷涂效率低、涂层质量差及喷枪轨迹规划难等问题,展开特殊形面喷涂成膜研究变得尤为迫切。介绍了特殊形面喷涂成膜建模方法的优缺点和应用条件,分析了特殊形面喷涂成膜特性的研究现状。指出了基于CFD的喷涂成膜模型、全过程喷涂模型与特殊形面是未来研究的重要方向和内容。In modern anti-corrosion technologies for the industry, the air spraying enjoys high efficiency and coating quality, paint saving and environmental protection. As for the low efficiency, poor coating quality and the difficulty in planning spray gun’s trajectory while spraying the workpieces with special surfaces, the study on the formation of special surface spraying film becomes urgent. In this paper, pros and cons and application conditions of the method to model coating formation on special surfaces were introduced, and the research status of characteristics of the coating formation there was analyzed to indicate that, the film forming model, the whole process spraying model and the special surface based on CFD would be important direction and content of the future research.
