摘　　要：设计了一种新型高温真空焙烧炉,介绍了技术特点,给出了设备结构。应用结果表明,该焙烧炉生产出的5A分子筛吸附剂产品质量好、产量高、能耗低,为企业带来了良好的社会效益和经济效益,设备亦可推广应用至其他领域。A new high-temperature vacuum baking furnace was designed,and its technical characteristics were introduced and its structure was presented.The application results show that,the 5A molecular sieve adsorbent produced by this furnace has high quality and yield and low energy consumption,which contributes good social and economic benefits to the enterprise and can be applied to other fields.
