摘 要:为研究河南省审定小麦品种亲本利用和亲缘关系,对2000—2020年通过河南省审定的419个小麦品种的亲本组合进行了分析。根据利用频次确定了2000年以来育种利用的核心亲本共计32个,其中利用频次较高的为周麦16、矮抗58、周麦22,利用频次分别为65次,57次,36次;采用系谱法对32个核心亲本进行了聚类分析,依据亲缘关系将上述32个亲本分为Ⅵ类。研究表明,2000年以来育种利用频次最高为第Ⅵ类,包括矮抗58、周麦22、周麦18、新麦18、郑麦366等19个核心亲本,该类亲本主要是由宝丰7228、温2540、周麦9、新麦9号、周麦13/周麦16直接衍生或相互之间组配衍生。同时,对419个育成品种进行了聚类分析,其聚类结果与核心亲本的聚类结果基本一致。本研究明确了核心亲本之间、育成品种之间、育成品种和核心亲本之间的亲缘关系,为小麦种质资源的合理利用和进一步遗传改良奠定了良好的基础。In order to study the parents utilization and kinship of white varieties approved by He’nan Province,419 wheat varieties registered by He’nan Province and their parents combinations were analyzed from 2000 to 2020.The results showed that according to the utilization frequency,a total of 32 core parents were identified for breeding and utilization since 2000,among which Zhoumai 16,AK 58 and Zhoumai 22 were highly used,and the frequence were 65 times,57 times and 36 times,respectively.Cluster analysis of the 32 core parents was conducted by pedigree method,and they were divided into six groups according to the genetic relationship.Study showed that groupⅥwas most frequently used in breeding since 2000,including 19 core parents such as AK 58,Zhoumai 22,Zhoumai 18,Xinmai 18 and Zhengmai 366.They were mainly derived from Baofeng 7228,Wen 2540,Zhoumai 9,Xinmai 9,Zhoumai 13/Zhoumai 16 directly or combinations of each other.At the same time,clustering analysis of 419 cultivars was carried out,and the results were basically consistent with those of core parents.This research defined the genetic relationships among core parents,breeding varieties,breeding varieties and core parents,which laid a good foundation for reasonable utilization and further genetic improvement of wheat germplasms.
