“燔针劫刺”理论探析与改良温针灸临床实践

摘　　要：“燔针劫刺”是《黄帝内经》中经筋病的治疗方法,通过总结历代医家论述分别辨析“燔针”“劫刺”的理论内涵。基于临证经验,运用疾刺祛邪的针刺手法,结合百笑灸装置进行改良温针灸,在临床实践燔针劫刺操作,治疗经筋病等寒性病症取得良好效果。改良温针灸操作简单,安全高效,值得临床借鉴。"Fan-needle and Sudden Insertion"is an important method to treat meridian diseases in Huangdi Neijing.Through summing up the statements of doctors in previous dynasties,the theoretical connotation of"Fan-needle"and"Sudden Insertion"were differentiated and analyzed respectively.On the basis of clinical experience,the acupuncture technique of quick pricking and dispelling pathogenic factors was used in combination with the Baixiao moxibustion device to conduct warm acupuncture and moxibustion operation.Good results had been achieved in the treatment of cold diseases such as muscle and meridiandiseases.Modified Warm Acupuncture-Moxibustion wassimple,safe and efficient,which was worthy of clinical reference.
