摘  要:高固体分是涂料的发展大趋势,但高固体分涂料只有在少加甚至不加稀释剂的前提下喷涂才算达到真正环保的目标。近两年,我国率先在全球行业内实现在不加稀释剂情况下,规模化即混合即喷涂高固含双组分环氧涂料。应用研究过程中发现,高黏度色漆这类假塑性非牛顿流体的高剪黏度是影响其施工性能和无气喷涂雾化的关键指标。High solid coatings is one of the development trends of coatings industry.However high solid coatings can be regarded as environmental friendly type on the condition that less or no diluent is added when spraying.Within the past two years,China has achieved the goal that the spraying process needs no diluent and achieves the one-stop mixing-spraying technology using high solid 2K epoxy coatings.It is revealed that the high viscosity basecoat is a type of pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid and its high shear viscosity is the key factor affecting the application performance and the atomization in airless spraying process.
