摘 要:涂料中VOC含量的测试方法较多,每种测试方法都有各自的特点及适用范围。对于同一个样品,选用不同的测试方法,最后的测试结果可能会有差异,故测试方法的选择至关重要。本文对每种测试方法的特点进行介绍,并对测试方法在溶剂型涂料、辐射固化涂料、无溶剂涂料及水性涂料等各类型涂料实际测试中的应用及影响因素做详细的阐释。There are many testing methods for VOC in coatings,and each testing method has its own characteristics and scope of application.For the same sample,different test methods might cause a different test results.Therefore the reasonable selection of test methods is crucial.In this paper,the characteristics of each test method,combined with its application in the actual testing of various coatings such as solvent-based coatings,radiation-curing coatings,solvent-free coatings and waterborne coatings,and the influencing factors are described in detail.
