摘　　要：为了准确测试聚酯树脂酯化水中二元醇的含量,本文采用气相色谱法,以二乙二醇醚作为内标物,同时测定乙二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇和2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇的混合物,分析采用DB-WAX色谱柱(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),气化温度250℃,进样0.5μL。实验结果表明,3种二元醇分离度均>1.5,工作曲线相关系数>0.999,RSD在0.15%~0.25%之间,回收率在98.04%~102.28%之间。该法简单快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高。In order to accurately test the content of diols in polyester resin esterified water,a mixture of ethylene glycol,2-methyl-1,3-propanediol and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol was simultaneously determined by gas chromatography with diethylene glycol ether as the internal standard.DB-WAX column(60m×0.32mm×0.25μm)was used for analysis.The gasification temperature was 250°C as well as the injection was 0.5μL.The experimental results showed that the separation degree of the three dihydric alcohols were more than 1.5,the relative coefficient of the working curve was more than 0.999,the RSD was between 0.15%and 0.25%,and the recovery rate was between 98.04%and 102.28%.The method is simple and rapid,and has good separation effect,high precision and accuracy.
