摘　　要：通过对韶钢中棒线减定径机组的改造,三辊KOCKS轧制技术在该生产线得到了成功应用,中棒线可实现自由尺寸轧制、高精度尺寸轧制及低温轧制等前沿技术,中棒线产品质量得到了大幅度的改善,生产效率明显提高,增强了产品的市场竞争力,有利于打造韶钢特钢品牌。The rolling technology for three-roll Kocks has been successfully applied through transforming of the sizing-reduction unit for the medium-size bar rolling line at SGIS,which makes the line realize free size rolling,high precision size rolling and low temperature rolling,etc.The product quality and the production efficiency has been significantly improved,and the market competitiveness of the product has been enhanced,which is conducive to the establishment of the special steel brand of SGIS.
