摘　　要：疟疾是由疟原虫引起的严重危及人类生命的传染病。疟疾的治疗及防控主要依赖抗疟药物。阿莫地喹是重要的治疗和预防疟疾的药物,与青蒿素衍生物相配合,在非洲疟疾流行的许多国家用作一线治疗药物。本文对阿莫地喹独特的抗疟活性、抗疟效果、抗药性分子标记和安全性进行了综述。Malaria is a serious,life-threatening infectious disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite.The treatment and prevention of malaria mainly rely on antimalarial drugs.Amodiaquine is an important drug for the treatment and prevention of malaria.It is used in combination with artemisinin dericatives as a first-line treatment drug in many countries where malaria is endemic including Africa.This article reviews the unique antimalarial activity,treatment outcomes,molecular markers for drug resistance and safety of amodiaquine.
