摘 要:针对差异化场景下的医用防护服分类及使用问题进行探究,设计更加适合普通群众的新型民用防护服,以期在保证防护性能的同时,避免交叉感染与医疗物资的浪费。在阐述防护服发展历程的基础上,针对目前已有防护服的不足之处,基于KANO模型分析了设计的关键因素,结合材料试验与防护服检测评定标准确定设计方案。为优化民用防护服的舒适性、安全性和便携性,提出新的结构设计思路,最后从智能可穿戴设备方面对防护服功能性优化进行探究。The classification and use of medical protective clothing in differentiated scenarios are explored to design new civil protective suits more in line with their application scenarios for ordinary people involved in epidemic prevention and control, so as to ensure the performance of protection and avoid cross infection and waste of medical supplies. Based on the description of the development history of protective clothing, and aiming at the shortcomings of the existing protective clothing, the key factors of design are analyzed based on the KANO model, and the design scheme is determined based on material experiments and evaluation standards of protective clothing. In order to optimize the high comfort, safety and portability of civil protective clothing, a new structural design idea is proposed. Finally, the functional optimization of protective clothing is explored from the aspect of intelligent wearable devices.
