摘  要:根据细纱工序的特点,调整喇叭口中心距、钢丝圈型号、钢领和钢丝圈搭配,对不同细纱工艺纺制出的竹节纱进行测试,探寻最优纺纱方案。试验结果显示:不同组件的选配对纱线条干的影响较小,对捻度偏差、3 mm毛羽指数、质量偏差、断裂强力的影响较大;喇叭口中心距为8 mm时所纺纱线的断裂强力和条干均匀性较好;钢丝圈主要影响纺纱的均匀性,NO:07型钢丝圈所纺成纱质量偏差最小;钢领和钢丝圈应合理搭配,平面大钢领所纺纱线条干均匀度更好,平面小钢领和锥面大钢领所纺纱线的断裂强力更高。According to the characteristics of the spinning process, the center distance of the bell, the type of the wire ring, the collocation of the steel collar and the wire ring are adjusted, and the quality of the slub yarn spun by different spinning processes is tested,so as to explore the optimal scheme. The experimental results show that the selection of different components has little effect on the yarn length, but has great effect on the twist irregularity, 3 mm hairiness index, weight deviation and breaking strength. After the comparison experiment, the component with the center distance of the condenser funnel 8 mm could ensure the breaking strength and show good uniformity. The choice of wire ring mainly affects the uniformity. The yarn quality deviation of NO:07 type wire ring is the minimum With the combination of steel collar and wire ring, it is concluded that the yarn with large flat steel collar has better dry uniformity, and the yarns with small flat steel collar and the large conical steel collar have higher breaking strength.
