辽陕两省县域全要素生产率及影响因素测算研究——基于Malmquist-Tobit的评价及分析

摘　　要：本文以辽宁和陕西两省为研究对象,综合选取合理的评价指标,根据两省2010—2019年间的数据,利用Malmquist指数法得出全要素生产率并进行分析,据此对各县的地区生产总值以及全要素生产率动态变化、空间差异进行综合比较分析,利用Tobit模型进行回归分析,探究对全要素生产率产生影响的因素。目前来看,辽陕两省各县应消除“县外即外”的观念;要推动产业结构优化升级,提高能源利用率、科技转化率,从而促进全要素生产率的进一步提高。This paper takes Liaoning and Shaanxi provinces as the research objects,comprehensively selects reasonable evaluation indicators,and uses the Malmquist index method to obtain and analyze the total factor productivity based on the data of the two provinces from 2010 to 2019.A comprehensive comparative analysis of the value,dynamic changes and spatial differences of total factor productivity was carried out,and the Tobit model was used for regression analysis to explore the factors that affect total factor productivity.At present,counties in Liaoning and Shaanxi provinces should eliminate the concept of“outside the county is outside”;promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,?improve the energy utilization rate and the transformation rate of science and technology,so as to promote the further improvement of total factor productivity.
