摘 要:为实现高压电网和交直流混合微网的系统集成与优化,固态变压器(solid-state transformer, SST)成为研究热点。然而,目前较少考虑线路或通信故障条件下系统运行模式的协调控制以及即插即用单元的功率优化分配。为此,提出一种基于SST的有源配电网自适应模式切换与功率管理策略。首先,基于SST的系统架构实现高压并网、微网互联、微网孤岛的平滑模式切换,保证母线电压稳定在额定值附近。同时,采用分布式一致性算法和改进下垂控制,根据运行成本、储能荷电状态(state of charge, SOC)实现经济均衡的功率分配。最后,基于RT-LAB实时仿真平台验证所提模式切换与功率管理策略。To realize system integration and optimization of a high-voltage grid and AC/DC microgrids, there has been focus on the solid-state transformer(SST). However, the coordinated control of system operation modes and the optimal power allocation of plug-and-play units under line or communication fault conditions are rarely considered. Thus an adaptive mode switching and power management strategy is proposed for an SST-based active distribution network. First, the SST-based system achieves seamless mode switching among high-voltage grid connection, microgrid interconnection and microgrid islanding, ensuring that the bus voltage is stable around the rated value. At the same time, economic balanced power allocation is realized according to the operational cost and energy storage SOC applying the distributed consensus algorithm and improved droop control. Finally, the proposed mode switching and power management strategies are tested on the RT-LAB-based real-time simulation platform.
