摘 要:为探究苗药石楠藤与黑骨藤不同萃取部位对完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)所致SD大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型的治疗效果,本实验将黑骨藤、石楠藤70%乙醇提取物分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取;构建SD大鼠RA模型,通过大鼠足肿胀程度,脾脏与胸腺指数,IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α炎症因子含量等指标,评价两种苗药不同萃取部位对治疗RA的效果.结果表明,石楠藤与黑骨藤各萃取部位均能降低RA模型大鼠的足肿胀程度,改善大鼠滑膜增生现象,降低胸腺和脾脏指数,降低血清中IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α含量;且两者治疗效果相当,均有较好的抗RA作用,其中黑骨藤以正丁醇萃取部位疗效最好,石楠藤以正丁醇萃取部位疗效最好.研究结果为石楠藤与黑骨藤治疗类风湿性关节炎疾病的研究奠定了理论和实验基础.To explore the therapeutic effects of different extracts of Miao medicine Piper wallichii and Periploca forrestii on rheumatoid arthritis rats induced by complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA).The 70%ethanol extracts of Periploca forrestii and Piperwallichii were bothextracted with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol.RA rat model was constructed to evaluate different extracts,effect on RA rats of the two Miao medicine with the degree of rat foot swelling,spleen and thymus index,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αfactors as indexes.The results showed thatthe extracts of Piper wallichii and Periploca forrestii were able to reduce the degree of foot swelling,improve synovial hyperplasia symptom,and decrease thymus and spleen indexes and serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αlevels.Periploca forrestii and Piper wallichii have similar therapeutic effects on anti-RA,Among them,n-butano extraction of Periploca forrestii and Piper wallichiiboth has the best effect on anti-RA.The results lay the theoretical and experimental foundation for the research on Periploca forrestii and Piper wallichiiin the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis diseases.
