摘  要:介绍ZTA15钛合金航空用小型厚壁类铸件的结构特点及铸造工艺,分析了原工艺铸件热节及缩孔缺陷的特征及形成原因。采取了两种改进措施,一是立式增加厚区补缩浇道的阶梯式浇注,二是采用了卧式底注联合排气冒口工艺。通过生产实践验证,采用卧式底注联合排气冒口工艺,通过增加法兰内浇道数量,缩短内浇道补缩距离,减小冒口颈截面尺寸,加长冒口长度尺寸等措施,消除了铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷,使X探伤检测的一次合格率提高至100%。The structural characteristics and casting process of small and thick-wall ZTA15 alloy castings for aviation were introduced, and the characteristics and origination of hot spot and shrinkage defects in the original process castings were analyzed. Optimization measures were taken by utilizing step gating system vertically adding feeding sprue in thick zone, and the horizontal bottom gating system combined with exhaust riser.The practical production verifies that in the latter, the casting shrinkage cavity(porosity) are eliminated by increasing the number of flange inner runners, shortening the feeding distance of the inner runner, reducing the cross-sectional size of riser neck and extending the length of the riser, thus increasing the one-time pass rate of X-ray detection to 100%.
