在地文化视阈下历史街区更新策略研究——以温州花园巷片区为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市发展迈入以人为核心,以提升质量为主的新阶段,人民对日益增长的文化需求愈加强烈。历史文化街区作为传承文脉、体现城市精神内涵的载体,具有强烈的文化感召力与影响力。而在地文化根植于本土地域特色,是作用在当地街区建设与生产生活的具有凝聚力的意识形态。文章选取温州花园巷片区为研究案例,从“在地文化”的视阈提出四点更新策略,达到因地制宜活化历史文脉、发掘城市自身特色、重塑片区传统风貌、传承历史记忆的目标,同时希望对其他历史街区的更新改造提供有益借鉴。As China’s urban development moves into a new era that people-oriented and quality is becoming the main focus, the demand of people for increasing culture is growing stronger. As a carrier of cultural heritage and the spirit of city, historical and cultural districts have a strong cultural appeal and influence. The local culture is rooted in local characteristics and is a cohesive ideology which take effect on the construction and production of local districts. The paper selects the Garden Lane area in Wenzhou as a case study and proposes four regeneration strategies from the perspective of "local culture" to achieve the objectives of revitalizing the historical heritage, exploring the city’s own characteristics, reshaping the traditional appearance of the area and passing on historical memories in accordance with local conditions, while hoping to provide useful reference for the regeneration of other historical districts.
