摘　　要：文章以杭州市装配式人才公寓设计项目为例,着眼于当今城市发展中存在的资源浪费和青年人才居住保障问题,提出模块化设计理念,阐述项目从需求入手至设计方案总体策略,为我国装配式人才公寓设计提供参考。Taking the design project of prefabricated talent apartment in Hangzhou as an example, the paper focuses on the waste of resources and the guarantee of housing for young talents in today’s urban development, puts forward the concept of modular design, expounds the overall strategy of the project from the demand to the design plan, and assembles it for our country. Provide reference for the design of talent apartment.
