摘　　要：红色文化是中国共产党领导全国人民牢记初心使命、砥砺奋勇前行,在长期的革命、建设和改革开放过程中形成的宝贵的精神财富。作为红色文化的区域形态,绵阳红色文化资源有其独特性与时代性。结合其在实际开发利用的过程中出现的问题,从打造红色文化特色品牌与推广、加大资金投入与人才培养、推动红色文化资源转化及红色文旅产业融合发展等方面提出举措,助力绵阳红色文化资源可持续发展。Red culture is a valuable spiritual wealth formed in the long-term process of revolution,construction,reform and opening up by the CPC,which leads the people of the country to keep in mind their original mission and forge ahead bravely.As a regional form of red culture,Mianyang’s red cultural resources have their uniqueness and epochal characteristics.In combination with the problems in the actual development and utilization process,measures are proposed to help the sustainable development of Mianyang’s red cultural resources from the aspects of building a red cultural characteristic brand and promotion,increasing capital investment and talent training,promoting the transformation of red cultural resources and the integration and development of red cultural tourism industry.
