雷公藤在眼科的药理作用及临床应用现状

摘　　要：雷公藤可祛风除湿、消肿通络止痛。现代研究发现其具有抗炎、免疫抑制等多种药理作用,可应用于多种疾病。本文对近年雷公藤的药理作用和在眼科疾病的研究进展予以总结,发现其在眼部主要发挥抗炎、免疫调节、神经细胞保护、抗纤维化、抗新生血管等作用,可应用于治疗葡萄膜炎、角膜炎、脉络膜新生血管等疾病,并在眼科手术领域发挥重要作用。Tripterygium wilfordii can dispel wind and eliminate dampness,disperse swelling,free the collateral vessels and relieve pain.Modern studies have found that it has antiinflammatory,immunosuppressive and other pharmacological effects,thereby it can be applied to a variety of diseases.This article reviews its pharmacological effects and the research progress in ophthalmic diseases in recent years,and finds that it mainly plays anti-inflammatory,immuno⁃modulatory,neuroprotective,antifibrotic,anti-neovascular and other functions in the eye,and can be applied to uveitis,keratitis,choroidal neovascularization and other eye diseases,and plays an important role in ophthalmic surgery and postoperative surgery.
