摘 要:在平行双自由面爆破一侧具有重点保护对象时,通过控制岩墙自稳临界宽度(最后一排炮孔到自由面的宽度),使得爆破一侧岩体充分破碎、抛掷,另一侧(有保护对象一侧)岩体达到“碎而不散”的自稳状态。基于多边界爆破理论,阐述了平行双自由面爆破的边界条件、药量与抛掷效果的关系;通过建立等效子药包模型,推导出双侧抵抗线的关系,进而确定了岩墙自稳临界宽度的理论取值为2.05W(最小抵抗线);结合渝怀复线漾头越行站站改工程,通过岩墙拆除爆破的单排逐孔起爆现场试验,确定了岩墙自稳临界宽度的实测值为2.5W,获得了良好的爆破效果,为类似工程提供理论指导。When there is a key protection object on one side of the parallel double free surface blasting zone, by controlling the critical width of self-stabilization(the width from the last row of blastholes to the free surface), the rock mass is fully broken and thrown on one side of the blasting zone, and the other side the rock mass(there is a protection object) has reached a self-stable state of "broken but not scattered". Based on the theory of multi-boundary blasting, the relationship has expounded between the boundary conditions of parallel double free surface blasting, explosive amount and the throwing effect. By establishing an equivalent sub-explosive packet model, the relationship between the bilateral resistance lines is deduced. Then the theoretical value of the critical width of self-stability is determined to be 2.05W(minimum resistance line). Combined with the reconstruction project of the Yangtou Yuexing Station on the Yuhuai Second Line, through the single-row hole-by-hole initiation field test of rock wall demolition blasting, the measured value of the critical width of self-stabilization was determined to be 2.5W, and good blasting effects were obtained. It is a similar project provide theoretical guidance.
